The working principle is that the crushed pulp, juice and skin enter into the coconut juice extractor through the feeding hopper. Because the bottom diameter of the screw increases gradually along the direction of the slag outlet, the screw pitch is gradually reduced. When the material is pushed by the screw, the volume of the spiral cavity is reduced, forming the squeezing of the material. The rotation direction of screw spindle is clockwise from the direction of feeding hopper to slag trough. The raw material is added into the feeding hopper and pressed by the screw. The squeezed juice flows into the juice container at the bottom through the filter screen, and the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the pressure regulating conical part. The size of the gap can be adjusted by the axial movement of the pressure regulating head. It is used for clockwise (when the hand wheel bearing seat is rotated from the slag discharge groove of the equipment to the feed hopper end, the pressure regulating head will be left, and the gap will be reduced, otherwise, the gap will be enlarged.) The slag rate can be changed by changing the size of the voids, that is, adjusting the resistance of slag discharge. However, if the voids are too small, some of the slag particles and juice will be extruded through the filter screen together with the juice under strong extrusion. Although the juice output increases, the quality of the juice is relatively reduced. The size of the gap should be determined according to the specific process requirements of the user. The purpose of automatic separation of juice and residue is achieved.

 

 

 

4、 Installation, operation and maintenance

 

 

 

1. The machine must be installed horizontally and fixed with anchor screws.

 

 

 

2. When the equipment is started, the rotation direction of the motor should be consistent with the identification arrow on the belt pulley cover. At the same time, the pressure head should be adjusted to make the annular gap larger, and then the gap will gradually decrease. After meeting the process requirements, the hand wheel bearing seat position can be fixed with the brake.

 

 

 

3. The feeding must be even. It is strictly forbidden for hard foreign matters to enter the hopper to avoid damaging the screen.

 

 

 

4. The bearing shall be replaced regularly and filled with grease, and the normal service temperature of bearing shall be less than 80 ℃

 

 

 

5. The filter screen must be washed with water and brush after each shift. If the fruit juice with more fine filtration fiber is used, the mesh should be washed once more depending on the production situation, and the whole machine should be cleaned with hot water after pressing.
